These General Conditions of Sale (GCS) apply to all purchases made within the Ordo mobile application, available on the App Store and Google Play Store. By purchasing any premium service or subscription within the app, the user agrees to these terms.

2. Paid Services and Subscriptions

Ordo offers premium features through:

• One-time purchases for specific functionalities.

• Auto-renewable subscriptions with different durations (monthly, semi-annual, or annual).

Prices are displayed within the app and may vary depending on the user’s region or currency.

3. Payment and Billing

Payments are processed by Apple’s App Store and Google Play Store, and users must comply with their respective payment policies.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

• The payment is charged to the user’s Apple or Google account upon purchase confirmation.

• Renewal fees are automatically deducted unless the user cancels their subscription before the end of the billing cycle.

4. Subscription Cancellation and Refund Policy

4.1. Cancelling a Subscription

Users can cancel their subscription at any time through their Apple or Google account settings. The subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.

4.2. Refund Policy

Ordo follows the refund policies of the App Store and Google Play Store:

• Users can request a refund directly through the store’s support service.

• Ordo cannot issue refunds directly.
